Biographical Sketch

Randy has been with CERIAS since July 2002. He is responsible for resource management and project coordination for the center. Before joining CERIAS, he managed the computing facilities for five years at his alma mater, the Purdue Computer Sciences Department. In the 13 years prior to returning to Purdue, Randy worked as a software engineer for Hemocleanse and Landis & Gyr. He holds two patents with Landis & Gyr for applications of electricity metering equipment.

Randy received his BS in Computer Science in 1984. He received an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1997. He is married with four children. He enjoys playing golf, basketball, and Purdue sports.

Do you want to buy my house? My wife, four kids, and I have out-grown this one. When we moved in 11.5 years ago, we had one six month old child. Now, with teenage years around the corner, and a boy and girl sharing a bedroom, we need to expand just a little. We plan to build a house in the neighborhood just across the street. First, though, we want to sell the current one. Did I ask if you want to buy my house?
