Contrast the fuss over Janet Jackson's "wardrobe failure" with the
lack of concern over a Canadian radio station that played a crooner
type tune called "Blow Me" during moring drive time. (complete lyrics
are shown in the decision)
Here is the actual decision from the Canadian Broadcast Standards
Council. Note what concerns them and what the penalty is - compared
to the zillions of dollars the FCC is talking about with people who
show a tit on TV.
