There are similar debunkings elsewhere within Googling reach.

The only building at the address given looks to me like an apartment
complex,

or possibly a farm.  Not knowing how old the aerial photo is, I
suppose it's possible that there may be a building on that site now.

The image in this article

does seem to match a building in the vacinity

though it doesn't look quite like the building shown here
