[web-heads] Occupy your own island

One of our student newspaper editors somehow ran across this...if you  
find an uninhabited island, you can claim it for yourself and the  
United States will recognize your claim there.

There's a catch:  you have to also find and export guano to the US at  
no more than $8 per ton. :-)
