June 16, 1982 Enclosed are page 7 of Cunningham additions and the new "wanted" list. Correction to page 6: The factor of #155 3,179- should be 6779963644378513811. The remaining C47 is done as #180. It was the hardest C47 I have ever seen. It was as hard as a typical C52. Dr. Selfridge sent me the new "wanted" lists just as I was mailing out page 6. I changed 5,73+ to 5,83+ at his request. Two of the "wanted" numbers are done on page 7. Several of you have asked me to give the status and size of remaining factors. I will try to do this from now on. Some factoring leaves a cofactor less than 10^47. On page 7 I finished several of these small cofactors. Usually I do the ones with at least 40 digits and Mr. Silverman does the ones with fewer than 40 digits. Through page 7 the only unsplit small cofactors are #31:3, 399M and #154: 2,858M. Both are C38's. A dozen factors arrived from Mr. Baillie today. Eight of them had to wait for page 8. One of the cofactors was a C44: I will do it this weekend. I hope to finish the C48's in June. Keep the factors coming! Sam Wagstaff
