November 2, 1983 Here is page 24 of additions to the Cunningham Table and a page of earlier additions. Together they list all changes since the update in the back of the published table. (In case you don't know, the book has appeared. It is available from the AMS.) Note that the format of the update pages has changed slightly. If several factors are found of one composite number, they are all listed on one line. However, I have preserved the sequence numbering of the earlier pages. Davis and Holdridge have continued their attack on the "wanted" and "most wanted" numbers. On this page they split 2,211- and 2,398M. We finally got all the chips for the EPOC. The entire 128-bit machine is wired and we are starting to write programs for it. As you probably have heard by now, Slowinski found a new Mersenne prime, the one with exponent 132049. But the Mersenne numbers from 100000 to 132408 have not all been tested yet. Keep the factors coming! Sam Wagstaff
